Crystal was super nice and handled a rude customer professionally and politely! He was giving her trouble over a nickel if you can believe it lol!
Penn Station is the best. It's a little pricey but it is probably the best corporate sandwich company besides Quiznos
I went to Penn Station at 9:30 p.m., and they said they couldn’t make any hot food, including fries, because they had already shut everything down. The posted closing time is 10 p.m. If the kitchen closes at 9:30, that should be made clear to customers. It’s frustrating to show up during business hours and find most of the menu unavailable.
