Got Uber eats, everything was correct. But was cold by the time it got to my house.
Decent food but their prices are way too high. Makes no sense why they don't do combo meals. Employees are really loud & annoying.
The subs seem like they are getting smaller
Would give 0 stars if I could. I am currently hungrier than a mf and my only request was no tomatoes or mayo on my sub (it even says it on the ticket) I open my food to see my sub has more mayo and tomatoes than I have ever seen on a sub. My meal has been ruined. Too hungry to even go back and get my money back or ask for the right thing.
Today was my 3rd time at Pen, was a great joint for some good food, but this time... I go in for the new "dagwood" I say, "ill have one of those, just like the picture please"... I guess that's to much to ask, because the person taking my order said "i have to build my own" I said "ok, can I have it like the picture?" She informed me she doesn't know what's on the picture...
