First time ever going. They took 20 minutes to make two subs. BOTH of them were wrong. We were the only people in there so they weren’t even busy.
Fantastic sub shop. I think I had a post workout turkey....something. The food was excellent the employees were on point and attentive.
This was our first time trying Penn Station and it was wonderful. The food was great, especially the Classic Italian sub and french fries, but the real star of the show was the service Brandon and Dylan provided. I genuinely believe there are members of England's royal family that aren't as well attended to as we were today. Brandon and Dylan's energy made our day. We will be back. If you're choosing between Penn Station or any of the other sub shops nearby (cough, cough, Jersey Mike's), choose Penn Station every time!
The two men working today (Jan 4 at 1pm) were SO sweet! They made our day and made our first time at Penn Station so lovely. They were friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make a great impression.
I came with my friend and we ordered a small and regular sized sub. Apparently there was some miscommunication between my friend and the order taker and the sub came out wrong. Management fixed the issue quickly, provided my friend with a new sandwich and fresh fries, along with a BOGO coupon for our next visit. Everything was fresh and tasty!
