Chill workers, great food.
my husband and i ordered for take out and everything about it was terrible. he went in to pick up our order and he had to wait a while, they did not ask him he wanted any condiments, as he was leaving they shouted across the store and asked him if he wanted a free cheese bread that they had forgotten to give the previous pickup order, my husband accepted and put it in the bag, then he got in the car and realized they forgot our cookies, which side note, hate that you guys changed them to the little ones, they’re not the same... read more
I like Penn Station but not this location I would never eat here again the food just don’t taste the same here and I watched the lady touch the register then touched the sandwiches with the same gloves. And she handed me my empty cup with her thumb inside of it with no gloves just not too appealing in here It looks and feels dirty
Just had the wildest experience. I ordered online and it set it for tomorrow. I called to cancel it and apparently they cant see future orders. The guy on the phone tried to fix it but management refused. I guess I get it but now im leaving this review because of it. When I told them I just wanted a refund , I wasn't paying twice so ill eat somewhere else. They hung up. However they couldn't cancel it tonight so I was left to trust someone will remember tomorrow.
