9/2/2026 Penn Station was extremely busy with only three folks working during lunch hour. One individual stood out as I watched him work. His name was Sincer (I hope I have spelled this correctly). He told orders, worked the grill, moved to the deep fryer, rang up customers and even delivered their order to their table. February 1st we stopped in late, just before closing. I thing the two young people working there should have closed early and gone and got a room. Saltiest steak sub I've ever had. Rich didn't eat his. They made good on mine yesterday. The fries were excellent this time. The sandwich was not salty, it was really good, but an absolute mess. Wet inside wrapper, stuff falling off it all over because bread was completely cut. I will say it was extremely flavorful and good though
