Odd set-up for ordering I'd much rather pay the person taking the orders to verify accuracy. Instead, one of the line cooks took my order and I had to go to the other end of the counter to confirm my order and pay. Any possible error therefore can't be confirmed and corrected before they start making the sandwich(es).
Jason the manager is on point; our order was wrong and he gave us a free replacement meal with zero hassle. Great food, highly recommended.
A very clean Penn Station when I was there. Great subs and fries with all the classics and fresh lemonade. Everything is made to order.
