The restaurant is currently in its peak hours, the dinner rush is coming in, the staff is buzzing around and Joe is polite and courteous as always. (Genuine interactions in the heat of a rush) The staff is always inviting and the food is consistently great.
Place has some of the best vibes! The Italian sun and fries are some the best I've ever had in my life. Thank you Penn Station for being so darn tasty and the crew on 6/3/25 tuesday night is fantastic!
I frequent Akron and Cleveland area Penn Stations due to my job. It dictates which location i will have my lunch. I have ordered at the Failawn location numerous times. This locale can at times get very busy do to the surrounding businesses. I typically rotate between three different sandwiches and know my selection when reaching the counter to order.
