This place is awesome. I have eaten hereat least 30 times. Every time I have ate here it's always the same quality exceptional. I have never had a bad sandwich and customer service is always awesome. Keep up the great work. My favorite place.
Got the large turkey bacon ranch sub had maybe 3 slices of turkey and 2 pieces of bacon. Sandwich was mostly lettuce and bread. Won't return.
My sandwich was made exactly as ordered. The fries were cooked after I arrived so they would be hot and fresh, even though I ordered in the app. Overall I waited maybe 2-3 minutes, which was well worth it for those fries. Fresh, lightly salted, hand-cut fries are the best. The service was fast and friendly, and the guy there even gave me advice for avoiding game day traffic to get back to my room. I took my order to go, but the dining area looked clean and spacious. The food was delicious. Highly recommended.
Arrived just before close. The two young guys working were very hospitable and made great food. Was my first time trying Penn Station.
