To the crew working the evening of 10/1/25. Your customer service was amazing. We always enjoy stopping in. The food was hot, fresh, and perfect to the last bite. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by welcoming and friendly staff. We ordered two sandwiches for 4 people. A crew member cut it up and gave it to us in 4 pieces and individual baskets. While this may seem simple, it meant the world to a family having a rough night. The kindness you extended will not be forgotten.

At 8:16 PM on Friday 8/22/25 my wife and I dined in at Penn Station in Brownsburg. The manager on duty was Alisha. She didn't cook the food, but the other manager who did served us old food. You can tell the food was not freshly made. It was cooked in less than 5 minutes- 2 steak sandwiches and a large fry. They have found a way to make food that's supposed to be cooked to order into a fast food like experience. It's all because they want to leave soon after close which is 10:00pm. So delicious. These girls really make great food! Alicia is wonderful, she took my order and got it out to me ASAP! Crispy fresh fries cooked to perfection and of course the BIGGEST cheesesteak. Definitely will be coming back.
