We came in today Monday morning, two male employees were working, the shorter one was rude and arrogant. My sister accidentally filled a water cup with soda, and instead of simply asking her to pay, the employee repeatedly mocked her by yelling, “You’re stealing soda.”The situation became even more ridiculous when a police officer happened to walk in and the employee publicly threatened to turn her in over a cup of soda. This is a mixed review. As always the sandwiches are GREAT! But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sandwich shop. First, the workers were yelling and arguing with each other. Loud enough that everyone in the place could hear it. Second, one worker walked out. Grabbed his jacket and looked at me and another customer and said “good luck” Third, they somehow lost my ticket and I was waiting for 50 min.
