This is more of a review for a recent company menu change and the attitude of the manager in duty at the Detroit road Westlake Ohio location on Thursday may 28th 2026 at 12:15 pm. I went in to order two snack-size subs and to my unpleasant surprise, the snack-size has been discontinued. The cashier, who was very sweet, helpful and actually tried to offer substitutions, let me know about kids meals, which is has similar size sub to the snack-size. The service like no other! I went in at 9:57, they were cleaning because they close at 10. Without hesitation the lovely lady made my cheese steak and let me tell you BEST SANDWICH I've ever had!! Thank you for making my stomach happy!!! I come there daily, yum!!
