It was cool, some one gave me a free coupon for waiting in line. Which was very friendly.
Edit: Unfortunately there's clearly some turnover and this location has gone downhill fast. Long wait time, dirty table, lemonade is terrible. They're on point today. Pretty long line but very well organized.
For the price I expected more meat on a sandwich.
My fries are burnt. Tasted rancid. Who knows, maybe old oil too. The chicken parm was dry, not enough sauce. Really not enough flavor or seasoning either. The multigrain bread was not good. Someone called this place "hot garbage" and I'm afraid I somewhat agree. I did not finish my burnt greasy flavorless meal. Consider a plastic bag over the paper bag when handing over the food... Who the heck wants a greasy wet bag?
