Usually really good but lately the fries are almost always undercooked and the sandwiches aren’t made as ordered.
We placed a pickup order for 22 sandwiches, four full days in advance. The order was for a 6:15pm pickup. I walked in at 6:15 and told them what I was there to pickup. They said, "yes, the 22 sandwiches". I saw 5 on the counter and was worried. It took 52 minutes to have 22 sandwiches. For the final 13 minutes I was repeatedly told "Just 2 more." Thank You so much guys for your services in the winter storm. As a truck driver I got stuck on this arena and everything was closed I was looking for food and you guys were there for people like me. Thanks a lot much appreciated it by the way your Philly cheesesteak is extremely delicious.
