Absolutely love this Penn Station! I’m a regular here, and every visit feels like I’m stopping by to see friends. The staff always greet me by name, which really makes a difference, you can tell they care about their customers. The food is always fresh and made exactly how I like it.
The last times calling in order they will not answer the phone last night I over heard the question about answering the phone at the puck up window .as I was paying for my food i told the lady I was going to as the same question. Lady Responded we get busy we don't answer the phone. So next time when they don't answer the phone I will find other food!
The food was great and service was great. The problem was the restaurant is not very handicap friendly. They do offer 2 handicap parking spots but they are a good distance from the building and their sidewalk only has a ramp on the side where the handicap spots are at. The ramp is fine for going up but when walking down it with a walker it’s very steep for that person. Also the doors have no buttons to push for the doors to open up so if a person was by themselves that required a walker or wheelchair it would be a struggle f... read more
