Kimberly, ER nurse, was absolutely horrible. No bedside manners, was trying to rush my grandmother home and tell her a 148 over 108 blood pressure wasn’t a concern, even though she was a previous stroke victim and they never pulled her history. After talking to the doctor she was admitted for 5 days, after trying to rush her home, and they still sent her home with low sodium, they also never got her up to walk so she’s lost her ability to do so since she’s been in. This hospital is BEYOND horrendous. When i tell you it isn’t a safe hospital i mean it. The doctors are HORRIBLE i don’t know where they got their degrees but they all need to be FIRED. Their attitudes, their energy, everything about everyone of them is disgusting. My mother went in unable to move and had chest pain and they ignored her completely. Funny thing is I grew up in Lebanon Pennsylvania and I was born on January 2nd 1964. At the Good Samaritan hospital which is known as WellSpan Good Samaritan hospital. WellSpan promotes that they have 2500 staff members that are courteous and willing to help you. In some ways that is not exactly true. When you make an appointment, you should not have to wait for at least four months to get an appointment. Two WellSpan does have some really good Doctors and a good nursing staff to a point.
