When I first moved up into Lebanon County, I wrongfully thought that this hospital would be "bad" and I hoped that I would never end up there. I'm ashamed to have made that opinion in the first place. I had to have my appendix removed. Hubby and I went here last night, 1/3/26, due to me having chest pain and chest tightness. We both had nothing but a great experience with each Employee we came across! When someone goes to the ER, they are not in a good place at all, and that included me. We both have nothing but great things to say about you all! They did every test possible before they discharged me, just to make sure there was nothing going on. We were in and out in two hours. Where do I begin? I never have an enjoyable visit to these places…they make you feel uncared for by every sense of the word…..I’ve been to 2 of these wellspans and not one did anything to help me get better but in return have no problem taking my money. There incompetent, lazy, useless, greedy, and down right don’t care about a patient and would let them die. Needed to go to emergency room. From the moment I walked in it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The intake, triage nurse, emergency nurse, PA, and attending were all fantastic! I would go here again without hesitation. Labs were taken and I got results on my app instantly. Well done!
