Had a Colonoscopy done the other week.The whole team did a great job.I requested Dr Narahari to due the procedure Great Work and Staff.Back in June had Kidney Stones was in and out of ER and Hospital.It didn't go smoothly with different parts of it.I am glad I had Dr Zorn at the end.
EVERY DEPARTMENT.. FROM BEING WHEELED THROUGH THE DOORS OF THE E/R .. TO THE ISOLATION FLOOR..THE FOOD...THE KINDNESS ES...THE CARE...ALL ABSOLUTELY STUPENDOUS...I'D RATE EVERYONE WHOSE CARE LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE..A BEGINNING RATING OF 100 STARS EACH..GOD BLESS THE HOSPITAL..AND , EVERYONE EMPLOYED THERE !!!...THANK YOU KINDLY !!!!
Just called them to get some advice, about my INR level. They told me we don't have doctors here at the hospital, I must have been speaking to a complete idiot
I had just come out of surgery for Cancer (2025) and my pain was not under control and I actually had the nurse asked me if it was “anxiety” or actual pain that was hurting me and this was happening while I was crying in severe pain. I was cut in two places, and that was what was hurting me. It was nothing else (NOT ANXIETY). It was pain from the two incisions that I just had cut open and parts removed on my body (how do I know because that is where the pain was right where the two incisions were). I was in a short-stay procedure back in 2019. I had nothing good to say at that time. But today short-stay was a completely different experience. From the entrance to my departure, I felt like a person, & not a number. I was greeted with smiles, given direction, & met by a staff member in the hall before even arriving to short-stay! They immediately knew my name & I felt like everything was going to be ok, just based on my first impression. I'm a retired nurse, so I know how important customer service is to the patient.
