Out of all the physical therapists I have been to this has been the worst. You’re sent into the gym to hunt down your PT or PT assistant. Only to be left waiting, wondering when and where they might appear from. They’re usually treating multiple patients at once. Leaving you to your own devices. The 24hr cancellation policy is extremely unforgiving. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.

The cancellation icily of thiss office is really back. If you are sick and have to reschedule, they still count it as a strike against you. You have 3 strikes till you’re out. But if they reschedule your appointment, they have every right to do so and you have to recourse. I suggest UPenn services if it is available, their customer service is much better.
2 of the 3 PTs I worked with were rude and condescending. When I asked them what diagnosis they were treating and what the goals of therapy were, they were extremely short and rude and didn't really answer my questions. They acted like any doctor outside of the Hershey health system is stupid. They are pretty much always working with 2 patients at once, so they just tell you what exercise to do and then walk away, there's no time to ask questions. I left in tears after multiple visits.
