They take days and days to get back to you through phone and throught the portal. Its an important matter that doesnt need an urgent care. Its to ask an important and while reporting what they asked for. And they we read your question and still not get back to you for days! I should have stayed with Wellspan

My husband has been going here for his epilepsy and it's mostly been great, except it feels like it takes forever to get anywhere. They talked to him about getting an implant and we have not had further discussions with them about the next steps toward getting that surgery. He had an appointment next month with a neurologist, but we thought he was seeing his usual PA until they left him a voicemail that they needed to reschedule the appointment. The neurologist bribed me by telling me if I didn't get a particular surgery done for my seizures bad things could happen as far as my seizures. But he didn't bother saying or telling me to check with my health insurance to make sure they cover the surgery. But he did tell me the insurance does cover it but really it only covered it partially not completely. But the doctor told me I was covered. Hershey is starting to go down hill as far as not telling their patients the complete truth.
