Everytime I call a nurse with a problem they never call back. I called cause I wasnt sure if I was taking a med right or not, they never called me back and as a result I ended up in the hospital. I now have a new dr. There who I wont complain about but they tell me hes in once a week. I just called cause he needs to approve my meds with insurance co. And I need to see if he will refill another med. This time if no one responds immediately my husband and I have decided to sue!
I am a new patient at this office, and just my first visit was enough for me to realize how neglectful and disorganized this office is. A month or so before my new patient visit to establish care, I get a call saying that they need to move the appointment, and I had been waiting MONTHS to get in already. I had a poor experience at Hershey Neurology. To start, my home facility (VA) did not sent my records for the doctor to have prior to the appointment. That being said, rather than pause the appointment or say we will reconvene when he has them, instead Dr. Seemiller called me “psychosomatic” and doubted the existence of conditions I had already been diagnosed with, by other doctors.
