The hours posted in Google are incorrect. For patients getting blood work the hours are 8am-4pm Monday thru Friday. 8am-2pm on Saturday.
I have had bloodwork drawn at this facility numerous times. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. I'm a hard stick but they manage to get the blood they need. They also work well together and work well as a team. This lab can get busy during certain times of the day. With shortages since COVID, try to be patient and show grace. Sometimes they have difficulty finding a vein. Other times they may be working with a little one or they may be working with someone like me who needs ten tubes drawn.
Walked in, registered, waited for 10 minutes, had blood taken, left. Everyone seemed nice. The only thing I didn't like was they called my name without stepping out of the doorway, it was very quiet, I wasn't entirely certain I even heard it. I'm not elderly and I don't have hearing issues. If I was, I never would have heard it.
