Been to this LAB several times! I’m a very hard poke but they do a wonderful job! Always very nice
Quick, courteous, and informative. Even though I was just there for a drop-off, I was taken care of quickly and respectfully. The office was very organized and pleasantly quiet. Great experience. Firstly I did not have to wander around trying to figure out where I was supposed to go, excellent use of clear way finding signage. Secondly, all of the staff I encountered were sweet, pleasant, and efficient.
Avoid taking your kids here if you have the option not to not sure how it is for adults but clueless when it comes to children
Zero organization. They take you back whenever they get your paperwork ready not the order you arrive, those are the words of their own staff. Make sense of that.
