I needed to schedule an appointment after an ER visit, and Karen went above and beyond to find the first available opening for me. She was incredibly kind, empathetic and supportive, as this past week has been a stressful one for me. I am already very impressed with the front desk staff!!
Great providers, excellent receptionist, overall friendly caring staff. No long wait times in lobby or exam rooms. I would highly recommend if you need good medical care.
Vanessa answered the phone today when I called the call center. She was extremely helpful and kind after I spoke to her about my concerns about my refills not being sent to my pharmacy I had put in a prescription refill request in three days ago. I take a medication that I have to take daily so I was getting very anxious and feeling sick about the thought of not having enough medication.
