The first time I went, I had a wonderful experience. When I tried to schedule my next appointment for the following year, they said their scheduling calendars did not go that far out, so I needed to call closer to time. After getting a card asking me to call to schedule, they stated that the doctor I had initially seen was scheduling for over a year out. Today, I visited the hospital and had the worst experience of my life. While I was waiting, everything was going well. The nurse who initially attended to us was excellent. Then the doctor came in. I explained my son’s situation and told him that the treatment he had been prescribed was not working. The procedure they had recommended was not improving my son’s health.
