I love Amy over at women’s health. Always fast to respond. And her office today was by far the kindest. Let them know I was in the emergency room and the nurse that called was very compassionate. I normally leave reviews after a problem but I was treated so kindly I wanted to say thank you. I feel comfortable sharing my review now that I’m done with child birth in general. Five years ago in Aug of 2021, I went there for a VBAC. We had a standing plan to do the VBAC trial and if I run into complications they would take me for a c-section. In L&D I was in labor for 24 hours and my baby was breeched; all of a sudden medical students started troping into my room…. I got my IUD replaced here and the care team was so incredibly supportive, especially given that I'd had bad past experiences elsewhere. I was given anti-anxiety medication and a paracervical block after getting great counseling about all my options. I still had some discomfort but they did a great job being professional and fast and doing the job right as a team while not breaking a sweat and also keeping me distracted and as comfortable as they could make me.
