Duray helped me dealing with a CVS that was refusing to refill a necessary pain medication claiming it needed approval but refusing to honor the cash price. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I truly cannot thank her enough from the bottom of my heart aftering just being released from spending the night in the ER.
Husband was in need of a recently transferred prescription. Checked Friday late afternoon to refill requested and would be filled Monday due to 4th of July Checked Monday early afternoon but shipment was not received due to severe weather.
