These are the paramedics who brought my niece home. They placed the girl on the floor in the street. What kind of staff do they have? They don't know how to place the transport stretcher under an 8-year-old patient, even though they could have asked her parents for help. They made the decision to place her on the floor. The patient has a tracheostomy. If they don't know how to handle patients, why do they work on this? I hope they take action in this case.
My son was transferred to Hershey by the Life Lion team. Very professional. They literally saved my son's life!
