They canceled my appointment in November 2025 and rescheduled it in March 2026. Due to emergency with daughter cant make tgat appt. Try to cancel via txt msg they sent, it reports an error and i should call. I've never had to be seen by this office until earlier this year. It was between a 4 to 5 month wait until my appointment time. I arrived early and waited until my name was called. Then escorted to an office space to wait some more. Eventually Dr. Olusola A. Osundeko walked in with another gentleman and sat. There were no introductions made except a cold explanation in who the other individual was, a student. As a patient, I expect them to answer their phones, but no, I get left on hold for hours as hard to get a hold of anybody there especially when I need help it’s very unprofessional and very frustrating do better
