I read the reviews about long waits but decided to try it anyway since it was early. Well no one else was in the waiting room so I checked in and went right back, only to wait another hour+ until I saw a very rushed and disinterested PA. Now I have to go somewhere else anyway. 1st and last time going to this place. Drive to Wyomissing or Moselem Springs if you need to use urgent care. It will probably be faster anyway and at least you'll get decent care. This place is awful.
