I visited the lab to have blood drawn. The lady that checked me in was nice and the tech that did my blood work was the absolute best! She had me in there laughing so hard. My first time there and it was a nice experience.
Seems as if 5 years of people complaining and leaving bad review has done nothing for this company. You’re sick even after the medicine your DR gives you. You call back to the clinical staff line to maybe get a different prescription so you can stop feeling terrible. You call 8:45 am Monday morning. It’s 3:20 the next day and you haven’t gotten a call back. So you call.
