I’ve been seen by Dr V a few times and she has always been patient and informative with me. She enlightens me with different diets or exercises to get me into better physical health. She inquires when I last saw the optician and the dentist. To me, that seems like someone who is involved in making sure you’re keeping up to date with all your healthcare needs. My experiences with the staff has been professional. I would recommend this practice for the way I was and still am treated as a patient. I recommend Dr. V
Terrible care. They cant be bothered to communicate with their patients. I've had to start showing up to the office to communicate with them because no one answers or calls back when you leave a message. They may get around to calling in prescriptions, they may not. No investment in your health, just in your continued visits and payments. I've been holding off on posting a review for almost a year as their quality started dropping. I had an appointment scheduled and they canceled it never notifying me that they did so. Then I scheduled a new appointment and they never sent me a reminder which I signed up for and have received in the past. So I call to try and schedule an appointment about 7 times leave a message every time and never receive a call back. The lab work I had down is now 4 months out dated and I will probably need new labs drawn because of it. Made an appt in Jan almost 4 months out with Ventezuelo. Was able to get in sooner over at Exeter but that appt was not great- was taken back late (second appt of the day!) and literally rushed out the door before I could go over everything and was left with the standard “generic labs”, referral for internal allergy, “see you in 6 months”. 1.5 months later I’m referred to the same local allergy office that doesn’t know how to treat me….
