Staff is fairly kind and nice, but the service was terrible. Not sure why? Understaffed most likely. I was there for 2.5 hours to be tested and told I have the flu. I will never be going back again.
Lady at the counter was rude and the patient service was unfair. I came in for a physical and they took everyone back that came after me. Every time a new patient came in, they left only a few minutes later while I had waiting for almost over an hour.
I felt obligated to leave a review after the relatively low rating from others. I've been to this urgent care twice, the 2nd time being Sunday November 30th. I checked in as soon as the doors opened at 8 am, and was being taken care of about 15-20 minutes later. The receptionist was polite as can be, as well as the tech and doctor I dealt with. I had a very positive experience, got the prescriptions I needed, and was feeling significantly better less than 24 hours later
Front counter incompetent. Made an appointment for 1 and arrived at 12;45. When I came in, receptionist told me to sign-in because she was too busy playing on her phone to take my info. I sat there until 1:20 until she called me over to register. In the meantime she took 2 walkins as soon as they came in. Needless to say they were taken before me as well as the 3 other walkins that were there before me. WHY HAVE APPOINTMENTS IF THEY MEAN NOTHING. It's now 2:20 and I still haven't been taken back.
