Front counter incompetent. Made an appointment for 1 and arrived at 12;45. When I came in, receptionist told me to sign-in because she was too busy playing on her phone to take my info. I sat there until 1:20 until she called me over to register. In the meantime she took 2 walkins as soon as they came in. Needless to say they were taken before me as well as the 3 other walkins that were there before me. WHY HAVE APPOINTMENTS IF THEY MEAN NOTHING. It's now 2:20 and I still haven't been taken back.

This location has the worst check in person. She very slow, very loud and rude. The blood draw goes home at 3 so if you get there at 2 or 2:30 Chris will not allow you to see her. "She has to get ready to go home and it's not enough time for her to draw your blood." Yesterday I waited 30 mins to check in and never got waited on. So I left. Seems like a waste of money to even have this location open!
