I have called and left several messages to obtain medical records and no one has called me back. I've even stated I don't have access to the online portal records. I've contacted the nurse line and they told me to download the records myself, even though I've told them I am unable. How am I supposed to get the records I need if no one will physically help me or call me back. Very disappointed in Penn state. My family have been patients for many, many years.
Customer service totally inappropriate. Attempted to call and get some information about whether they were accepting new patients for my children and whether they had self pay options. Immediately told that I needed the date of their last well visit (didnt tell me about accepting new patients) and that I was going to be transferred to billing to get information about self pay.
