The sorriest, laziest batch of nurses I’ve ever experienced. I showed up at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm appointment w my son’s PCP. I was taken back to a room at 2:00pm. My son is autistic and nonverbal but was screaming from the moment we entered the room. The nurse (or more realistically, probably an MA or CNA) never once touched my child. I have called and left several messages to obtain medical records and no one has called me back. I've even stated I don't have access to the online portal records. I've contacted the nurse line and they told me to download the records myself, even though I've told them I am unable. How am I supposed to get the records I need if no one will physically help me or call me back. Very disappointed in Penn state. My family have been patients for many, many years.
