Never answers their calls no matter if I try nurse line or scheduling. Would not recommend. Will be looking for a different provider out of Penn state network.

I’d prefer to leave zero stars. This location Is absolutely terrible!!! They never answer their phones. They take days to answer portal messages. It doesn’t even matter if you get transferred to a nurse for an “urgent concern”, they are NOT going to answer the phone nor will they call you back even if you LVM. For this to be an OB/GYN, it blows my mind. With the amount of pregnant women, reproductive issues/cancers - You’d expect them to be a lot more diligent and responsive. I love my team (Kerry, Kristie, and Alison, they have helped me through so so much and have worked with my Medical trauma very well and always respected my boundaries and helped me grow so much. The front desk team is very nice too I just don't know specific names! My BIG critique is with the ultrasound department, if it's a mom's last ultrasound, maybe tell her at the beginning of the appointment rather then when it's already over so she can request a video if she wants. I am amazed with the timely scheduling of my appointment with Dr. Aungst for a chronic issue. Also, from the time a specimen was dropped off, resulted, he contacted me, the nurses reached out to review instructions, and the scheduler called for next appointment all within 3 hours! The absolute best in women’s care! Thank you!!!!
