This was my first time visiting this location, and first experience with Penn State Health. This location was recommended by a family member because they had a great experience. My experience, too, was nothing short of spectacular. The office staff from when I first called in to schedule, to checking in and out was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I am absolutely impressed with this practice. I went in for some help with some health challenges and saw a new Nurse Practitioner and she was absolutely wonderful! While there I had a nurse believe her name was Amy draw my blood. Two days later I came back because the blood work was not good. The nurse practitioner was wonderful again, I did not have Amy to take my BP, weight, etc. However, Amy stuck her head in my room and said, “I know why you’re here and I want you to know we got this.” She didn’t have to do that, it tou... read more

While there have been many changes with the practice being sold to Penn State Health, there are great providers and staff still here. Ann at the front desk and Andrea, PA have been familiar faces and continue to provide the care, kindness and attention of a small private practice. My husband and I have recently seen newer providers to the practice and we were both satisfied with their knowledge and bedside manners.
