Will never go back here again,does not read any of your records for 15 years and tried to change every medicine I have been on for 12 years.will not return here,better off going to emergency room.Made me get test that was already documented in my records cost me 500 for the same records I had on file.compared my Arthritis, degeneration of neck and spine,rheumatoid arthritis, broken hip,rod in femur,severe pain to pregnancy, really?

The worst office staff !!! Supervisor - Melinda Gossert is lazy and very unprofessional! I’m glad they lost their contract with HighMark at the end of the year! Hope they will close down and get out of the building!

I have been going to this specific location every year since they first opened. I am required to get a physical exam to lower my insurance premiums and this facility works directly with my insurance. They know what is eligible for my routine examination. I also know what is eligible and never ask or do more than what is covered at 100% no member liability. I have never had an issue until my routine exam in July of 2024. They have had rotating doctors and minimal staff since the end of 2023. They ran numerous tests outside of... read more

Since my previous primary care provider moved to another practice, this office has gone through a revolving door of providers (and, seemingly, support staff as well). This used to be a solid medical office, but currently it is an absolute mess. There's no good reason to consider going here.
