My wife and I experience with the dermatologist was outstanding; I do recommend this location for any dermatologist related concerns. I only gave them a 3 because of my bad experience at check in; I'm African American that retired with honors after 20 years of service and received much recognition as a civilian that tries to go above and beyond in support of our great Nation for I know first-hand the sacrifices that are made to ensure the safety of our Nation. This place needs help where you check in for lab work. I had an echo scheduled at 8:00. Was supposed to be here 15 minutes early and I’m late because I’ve had to stand in a line of people 10 deep. Not good in my opinion.
So this is to back up the sonogram tech. She is doing her job and is only allotted a certain amount of time per patient. She’s fantastic. She gets all the measurements fast n makes the experience fun. If that other new mom wants better pics then she should go somewhere n pay extra for the 3D. I’ve gone here for both of my kids. Everyone here is nice, respectful and very professional. If anyone has a bad review I want to say that’s bc those ppl are Karen’s. Kelly the sonogram tech is AMAZING!!! Hands down the best one
