Stay away they are overwhelmed and under staffed they have only two provider’s for their walk in clinics and their general pediatric office which is all one office. They have been understaffed the entire year and it seems like nobody wants to work there. They were great when they first opened but it seems like providers do not want to work there. I love coming here because the office staff is just so nice. The office is located in the building with other pediatric departments, we go to the general pediatric in the back. My boys of course hate going to the doctors, but as a mother, this place is just such an ease to be in.

Kept making scheduling mistakes, reschedule after reschedule and then failed to mention that our specific appointment was a 2 hour process. Highly upset and very frustrating

I've been taking my son to this pediatric office since it opened. Today was the first time we used their walk-in clinic. It was super fast we waited less than 10 minutes to be seen and everyone was friendly and nice.

This place is a wonderful alternative to urgent care. They treat the kids amazingly and the doctors there are so kind and knowledgeable. So grateful to have this service in Lancaster.
