How do I go about speaking to hospital administration? Already talked to patient relations and she was rude. I have a very ill disabled husband, who came in and was in intensive care for around 5 days. I got a phone call from my ill husband today saying he would be home around 5 or 6 PM via ambulance. I said " WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? He said he was being discharged. I knew nothing about this. I am his wife and sole care giver. Erin is absolutely fantastic, she goes over and above to help you and your kids. I've never had any medical professional do what she has done for my kids.
