My review is in reference not to the medical facilities, but in reference to the insurance/accounting dept. I received a bill as my son was teleported and it stated that they did not have our insurance information. In turn, i called to provide this information. I spoke with a rep named Jamie. She asked for my insurance and I stated very clearly Amerihealth Administrators. She in turn asked "medicaid?" I did not say Amerihealth Caritas which I believe IS under Medicaid. Now, I've been asked is it HMO or PPO but this was ridic... read more
