I arrived at 8:05 am on a Sunday with cold and flu symptoms caused by Hand Foot and Mouth. The receptionist was sweet and kind, the provider was so compassionate and understanding. I was suffering from an agonizing sore throat that prevented me from swallowing water. I was exhausted from a week of caring for my sick infant, no sleep, and pain. I walked into the office at 5:45pm and they do not close till 7pm they turned me away without even asking what was wrong. I was carrying my 2 year old child and she needed to be seen. I was very disappointed with the lack of compassion and even concern for my young child. There was one other person in the waiting room and only a few cars in the parking lot.
