I walked into the office at 5:45pm and they do not close till 7pm they turned me away without even asking what was wrong. I was carrying my 2 year old child and she needed to be seen. I was very disappointed with the lack of compassion and even concern for my young child. There was one other person in the waiting room and only a few cars in the parking lot. I was just thre the other day for a foot issue and they helped me out and gave me my meds that I needed they r always nice to me I'm a regular patient thre they all know me I appreciate thm helping me
The PA Daniel was very rude to me as I was asking questions and situation outside the door while I was talking to the nurse came back into the room and was arguing about the question I asked her. I will not come back here. As a mother to a daughter who has ASD I am with her for her appointments and have to give info and ask questions and they act like I don’t know anything.
