I’ve been in this center 2x and thankfully Joshua K has been the provider both times. He has always been quite inquisitive when it comes to my symptoms. His staff back in February were quite helpful & caring as well. Joshua has so much wisdom and hope he continues to thrive! The center was very clean both times.
I had an excellent experience at this center. We arrived at 4:30 pm on Saturday. They had no problem checking us in, even though the clinic was due to be closed at 5 pm Everyone was extremely helpful. The check-in receptionist was very patient, even though I had lost my physical insurance card; she got the information she needed from my digital card, and managed to get everything submitted properly.
