The visit at the location was fine. The billing was the issue. They sent items to a lab at St. Joseph Lab and my insurance requested the billing from Penn State, as that is where I was treated at. They refuse to bill my insurance accurately, but have been sending me bills from Penn State (but won't send that to the insurance company). They continue to say they will resubmit (9 months later) and still have not done so. They are billing me for $551.
