I do not usually write bad reviews but this time I am beside myself. I’ve been here many time for labs which is why is a 2 start rather than one. I went here this past week for my 3 hr glucose test, after procrastinating it due to severe nausea and vomiting during this pregnancy. I gathered the courage to get my self through the test just to have the lab call me hours later telling me that my last sample was mishandled, the person could t even explain what actually happened to my sample. Had an ultrasound done and received excellent treatment. My technician was Beth. Very friendly, efficient and professional.
My husband has had to retake his 2 hour glucose test 3 times! All because they can’t do their damn job right. Instead of sitting back there talking they should be working. They didn’t even set a timer he had to get their attention because they were gossiping. And don’t even get me started trying to schedule the damn appointment. It’s ridiculous. I don’t even know how this lab is still aloud to be open with the way it ran.
Had mammogram, ultra sounds and biopsy performed. Suggest researching and asking a lot of questions before having a biopsy done here as they will not offer any of the risks involved in the procedure.
I have used this facility several times in the past year and everyone as always been very pleasant and efficient.
