Had an ultrasound done and received excellent treatment. My technician was Beth. Very friendly, efficient and professional.
My husband has had to retake his 2 hour glucose test 3 times! All because they can’t do their damn job right. Instead of sitting back there talking they should be working. They didn’t even set a timer he had to get their attention because they were gossiping. And don’t even get me started trying to schedule the damn appointment. It’s ridiculous. I don’t even know how this lab is still aloud to be open with the way it ran.
Had mammogram, ultra sounds and biopsy performed. Suggest researching and asking a lot of questions before having a biopsy done here as they will not offer any of the risks involved in the procedure.
I have used this facility several times in the past year and everyone as always been very pleasant and efficient.
I was at 875 Poplar church rd.,Penn State Health Holy Spirit Outpatient Center for my quarterly labs this morning of July 29th, 2025. It seems that all the bad reviews are of the lab workers. I've met a few mice ones, but unfortunately, they keep giving me people who are very unprofessional. You know, 30 years ago, Penn State Health meant something.
