I do not recommend. This place is money over patient care imo. Had a procedure done last summer and still have issues from it. The only response I get is, well it shouldn't be that way, or come in for a mammogram, even tho was told that they wouldn't know what to look for and any damage wouldn't show. They ask for patients to sign a paper, that's has risks listed on it without disclosing that, right before the procedure. They are scamming on women susceptibilty. Pretty low. Would definitely go elsewhere.
I shouldn’t have to wait 20+ minutes on hold without an answer on the phone. Ridiculous!
I love the office in general and always had good experiences, but my god is the check in process eternal. If you are pregnant or unable to stand for very long periods of time I’d suggest borrowing a wheelchair at the front or dragging a chair to your place in line. You will see your provider an hour after the scheduled time at the soonest. I’d suggest clearing out 3 hours for the appointment and give up on your day if you get labs ordered here.
From the front desk to the intake guy and the X-ray technician. The entire experience was trouble free and took less than 45 minutes. Not bad for walk in. Everyone was friendly and caring and I will drive out of my way to use this location . Thanks!
I went in for two ultrasounds and several blood tests. My receptionist, image tech, and nurse who did my blood were all so comforting and friendly. Another nurse waved across the room and came over and said hello and told me to have a great day. I was even a few minutes late, because I passed the place and had to turn around - - and they did not say a word. I was nervous and they were great!!
