I THINK DR WALI IS A GREAT DOCTOR..BUT THE CAMP HILL OFFICE REALLY NEEDS TO IMPROVE..I HAVE CALLED 8 TIMES IN TWO WEEKS..TAKES DAYS BEFORE THEY CALL U BACK AND YOU NEVER TALK TO A PERSON..I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE..very disapointing I also received a letter stating they couldn't get ahold of me..that did it for me..very sad
You can NEVER reach a live person. Always have to leave a message & wait forever for a returned called. I remember always calling at least 3 - 4 x's without and answer :( Spoke with a Rachel who's obviously not happy with her job. Not so nice on the phone and I requested to speak to her supervisor who's yet to call back. this is almost 3 wks ago now.
The posted hours state that they are open until 5pm. No one answers the phones after 4pm. The answering service is turned on no later than 4:30
