I just made it. The staff's slow pace resulted in a prolonged check-in. Consequently, I was further delayed. Unfortunately, the doctor could not accommodate me and rescheduled my appointment. As a first-time visitor, I was underwhelmed. They must accelerate their service. Worst service
I had an ultrasound for my heart scheduled at 915am. It is now 1126am and im still sitting in the waiting room.... as I watched people get called back that had came in long after me. Also I didnt have a copy of my insurance card on me ( so I brought it up on my phone) and it took the lady a good 15 minutes to get ot into the system because she couldnt see it even with her glasses on. I get one day off of work a week and it just got wasted sitting. Im going to be looking to switching back to wellspan and ditching upmc.
Excellent care. Timely and compassionate and thorough. Erica the Respiratory Therapist is Excellent. Such a great experience for a trying situation.
I received excellent care with the physicians in this group. I arrived at the ER with a self diagnosed heart attack. I was seen promptly had a Stent inserted, was admitted, three days later had a pacemaker inplanted. I received wonderful care in the hospital and at my post hospital stay visits. I also highly recommend the Cardiac Rehab program at the hospital. Wonderful staff, monitored the entire time you are in the program. The cardiologists are top notch, if you can get an appointment. If you call for a new prescription or any questions be prepared to wait 7-10 days and make at least 3 follow up calls. After you have seen the cardiologist and he/she tells you he/she wants to see you in 6-12 months the office staff tells you they cannot make the appointment and you need to call them the month before the cardiologist wants to see you.
