Took my dad for colonoscopy on 2/13/26. We got here at 11:30 am. Went back to pre-procedure at 12:05 pm. Still sitting here at 3:30 pm and no procedure yet. I hate this place! Go somewhere else.
Dr Dye and his staff are absolutely the best. Dr Dye actually listens to concerns and addresses your issues which is not common in medicine today. His staff are caring and uplifting and very efficient. The entire team instills confidence considering the difficult procedures they perform.
This is an update: New serious issue. We are going to have to wait to see if we get a call back and whether our serious issue is resolved. I have my doubts. Update to follow. I don't have a lot of confidence that this nurse will even call us back. I've been here before with her... Our experience hasn't been a good one. Nobody gets back to you.
