ABSOLUTELY WORST CARE!!!! Took forever to get an appointment then after they WANT NOTHING to do with you. No returned calls, no follow-up information, no prescription refill!!! You have to call and call and they DO NOTHING!!! Called my local doctor to help and hoping someone gets back to me!! Plus male on patient libe is super
Never go there again! Tell me a condition then let me go. And nurse was rude
Nurse Practitioner Michelle Alian should be fired on the spot! Hershey Med center is top line! She was not at my 8 am appt and 12 pm appt. She finally called me, blamed me, and refused care of an emergency situation. Patient relations did help me out but I’m filing a civil lawsuit for pain and suffering she has caused on me and refusal to show up to appts and blame me in the end when in fact everything was recorded including me calling the office to ask where she is.
