The office staff are very friendly and patient with the kids. The doctors are also very good, but the main issue I have is that the doctors consistently run behind. I don't mind 15 or 20 minutes, but last time it was near an hour and a half before he was seen. Keeping a toddler busy for that amount of time is stressful and unpleasant. By the time he gets back there he's frustrated and cranky. He's so bored and tired he refuses to cooperate. My advice: do NOT forget the snacks and the cell phone or tablet.
Boring they didn't do anything, I had a stress test scheduled an they didn't even do it. Didn't help.
I have taken my child to this location twice now for allergy testing. The first time was a couple of years ago and from what I remember it went well. However, this time we recently went, it was fantastic. We had one of the first appointments in the morning (highly recommend!) and thanks to a snowstorm a couple days before, it wasn't busy at all. The staff is wonderful, and Kim Frankhouser was so friendly and knowledgeable. We've had her several times, and she's always just as wonderful. They had coloring pages and new crayon... read more
