I had a rash on my thighs, butt, legs, abdomen, breast & arms. I waited for over 9 months to be seen so I could be tested for allergies! I called several times to be put on a cancellation list & to ask what kind of testing it would be but never got a clear answer over the phone. This place is a waste of your time and money. Dealing with skin issues since 2016 that is supposedly considered “dermatitis” and just trying to find answers/what is causing my rashes/ someone experienced and the Dr sat there and asked me the whole appointment “what do you want to do?” UHM what?! Unprofessional, do not waste your time going here or even calling. Go to a different network, this place is a joke. For over a year I tried to get in with this place, they kept canceling my appts, they when I asked to reschedule, they said they would call me back. Well they never did, I would get letters in the mail with the new appt. Only to find out I missed it, when I call to ask about it. They said I scheduled it for that time, I told them no I did not. Went to be tested fir allergy to Pencillin. Had severe reaction and with emegency meds it got better. Than had a rebound reaction which was worse and had to go to emergency dept. Dr Craig and the nurses were absolutely fantastic. They knew what to do and saved my life. All if them were supportative and I knew was in the best of care. Thanks to all the staff
After an allergy scare with our 10 month old, they cleared space to get us in and see within a week. Very thoughtful and caring. When I had a question a month later, I left a voicemail on their nurse hotline and got a call back within 20 minutes. I am extremely appreciative of their support.
