About 3 weeks after my doc ordered it, they mailed me a device for a home sleep study. The device they sent had broken wires (that can happen). I called and was told to mail it back which I did. They told me they wouldn't mail another device until they received the broken one back. Many weeks went by. I finally called and they said they can't the send the replacement without approval from my doctor!!! The woman on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I am so angry, I can't even speak. I wasted my Friday night, March 22, 2024 for an appointment to spend the night at a study and no one one showed---and wait for it, when I called, the night call center person for Penn Sleep Center at Doylestown ARGUED with me and told me I had agreed to be rescheduled on April 4--which is news to me because why would I be there on March 22? Called for a simple question about insurance . The receptionist was quite possible the worst human being I ever talked to . Miserable , nasty , completely unprofessional. Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had talking to a representative of a business . To whom it may concern I called July 20 , 2023 at 6:50 PM . If management there cares at all about their patients you should fire this woman immediately.
