This company is management company of summer rental properties for Vrbo and AirBnB. Most properties over 100 years are now bought for high turnover rental income. Different property owners and various degrees of condition. This company has taken on properties that are in disrepair. One property dangerous mildew and stale air. They are nice people who need to really be very aware of the condition of the house before they decide to manage it.
Penn realty didn’t send info on how to get the key, then gave me the wrong key and didn’t let me know to turn on hot water, so I had a cold shower. House was reasonably clean and the screened porch was big, but the furniture needs new pillows - not comfortable. Mt Gretna is special but I went home early . The stairs up and down to the house were steep and uneven and not suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issue. So so experience. Out over $2000 for 2 week rental.
