I went in for an mri and was extremely nervous as I am claustrophobic..I explained to the technicians one male one female both that I was very nervous. They seemed agitated and uncaring. They put me in the first time sideways and my head LITERALLY touched the top of the mri ..I said No I cant do this ..the guy said to turn another way and i was getting ready to keave but said out loud no i gotta get it done..so he says "WELL GET IT DONE THEN" OK so then after they put me in the other way with NO talking to me under it at all... read more
They told me to pick up my contrast. I was kept waiting for 25 minutes with Fox News playing. When I told them I have to leave in 4 minutes I was told they can’t find my script. I will get my cat scan elsewhere
I would like to give ERYN in the catscan department 5 stars. I’ve never been treated with so much respect on top of her being able to stick me with a IV needle and get it right the first time. She was very informative and walked me through every step of my procedure when I had it done. You don’t often run across well rounded good personality people like this. She knows her job and does it very well. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Eryn!
