This was a rescheduled Breast MRI appointment from earlier this year as I had COVID. I traveled from Delaware 1.5hrs (a 45min drive) not familiar with the area. My navigation system took me to an incorrect location. I finally found the location and arrived 15min late. They refused to do my breast MRI. I’m a breast cancer survivor. I’m now rescheduled in October and very overdue for the test. This was horribly inflexible!
This group of staff are so great! They are friendly, kind and professional! Worth the drive to be treated with respect!
