I have been seeing Dr. Martin for close to 20 years and I have seen Lela Gould and Dr. Cliatt too. They are all very knowledgeable, empathetic and take the time to answer all my questions/concerns. The front desk staff is very friendly also. Using the Penn app to ask questions and get refills is very easy. Highly recommend this practice!

I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews. I’ve never had an issue with experience. I only gave a 4 instead of 5 because getting through over phone is a nightmare and getting the drs to call back when requested seems difficult. But the staff and nurses are all always helpful and kind and the Drs always listen and want to help and never rush you out.
