It’s totally fine to make a mistake. It is not fine to lie about what transpired after the mistake to cover yourself. Made an urgent appt with a nurse for next day care and she accidentally scheduled it a week out. When I arrived she tried to tell me she left me a message informing me of the mistake. When I pushed back she said maybe email…showed her nothing was received and switched to “message”….get your story straight. No email or text or phone call to me exists. Edit: The staff seems to have changed a bit since I left this last review, and I appreciate their attempts to keep in communication with me lately and help me to stay on top of my health goals. They were very friendly at check out and were kind enough to try to search for my insurance when I don’t yet have the new insurance card. I am glad I did not follow through with changing offices. Kacie Labik has always been an amazing doctor for me and she looks at the whole person and takes your concerns and health goals seriously. ... read more
Previously, I have left a positive review of this office, but thanks to the experience I’m having, I’d like to revise my statements. Kacie Labik is still an excellent doctor. She has helped me tremendously. This office, however, has lackluster staff and will not get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I should be able to see my PCP for sick visits but I have to go to urgent care because of their lack of availability. I do not need to see Kacie every single time.
