Previously, I have left a positive review of this office, but thanks to the experience I’m having, I’d like to revise my statements. Kacie Labik is still an excellent doctor. She has helped me tremendously. This office, however, has lackluster staff and will not get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I should be able to see my PCP for sick visits but I have to go to urgent care because of their lack of availability. I do not need to see Kacie every single time. Thanks to this practice, I have kidney damage. Now that I have kidney damage, they won't take my insurance. Despite Penn Medicine itself listing the insurance as being accepted on their website. Thanks for the kidney damage, jerks!
I’ve been through the ringer this year, and it’s taken a toll on my health in a lot of ways. I’ve been to doctors before where they dismiss you and tell you that your concerns are all in your head or that nothings wrong when you know that you feel sick. Kacie Labik has never done that to me.
