Disconnected phone number Group of of young adults with race cars park in vaccuum stations and block them.
Overcharged my card on what should have been a $3 wash. I call and the number is disconnected. Someone needs to msg me straighten out these overcharges. The principal of the two sketchy strikes against them (overcharged and disconnected number) will have me pursue this in other ways
RecommendedLet me first say that if you are looking for a state of the art car wash ... do not apply here. This is definitely old school. I understand some of the remarks here. However, if you are looking for an automated car wash at 8pm there are few choices since the newer model washes all require an attendant. That leaves an "old school" wash like this one. My experience was OK. This $10 wash does not match the newer technology but got me out of a bind. The other guys had all gone home. Two thumbs up.
In answer to How can Penn Pointe Car Wash improve? They could actually wash cars instead of spraying them with muddy water. Your car will look worse after using this facility and you won't get your money back.
Bought the $10 touch free. Car came out exactly how it went in. Very disappointing, will not return!
No soap, phone number is not accurate
I wish I would have read the other reviews before I went here. Paid $8 for an automatic car wash and the screen on the payment machine was unreadable. Pulled into the car wash, it sprayed the hood of my car for maybe 20 seconds and then stopped. That's it. The numbers listed online for this place are no longer valid. This is theft if you ask me.
It would be nice if you would answer any of your phone numbers that you have listed. Or maybe they all don’t work on purpose. Put five dollars in your middle stall and it doesn’t work. Thanks for calling me back on all the messages I’ve left. Hope you do well with my five dollars.
Didn’t work and I was charged $3.00 for a vacuum that didn’t work.
