Dr. Roh was kind and answered all of my questions. Staff was pleasant. Appointment ran on time.
The covid check in phone call I received told me my appointment was at 10:30, when I showed up at 10:15 they told me my appointment was in their system as 10:00 and that they wouldn't see me. She had to refund me my copay and then told me she could not do appointment scheduling and that I had to call. I called and explained that I had waited two and a half months for the appointment and that I needed something quickly and the earliest available date they could give me was in a month and a half.
