worst service I've ever encountered. the lady at the desk is rude and disrespectful
they could answer their phones or call you back atleast. I have called 3 times over the last 3 days and no answer or call back.
The lady behind the counter was so ignorant n rude. We were there to look at a storage unit n she didn't have the keys to do so n told us we could come back tomorrow or the 23rd when we picked up the movies g truck the day we we're moving our stuff to a storage unit. REALLY!! u don't have the keys to ur units to show a protential buyer r u kidding me n then to tell us to come back or c it the day of our move.
