these guys have no idea how to run a shop... I'm a indipendent bike mechanic working out of my garage I don't have a tire machine so I'll outsource mount & balance job's.. so I drop off 2 wheels & new tires tubes rimstrips Friday at 11am .. said they will call me.. they know what I do I have to call them sat at 3:55 5mins before closing and they never touched them... so I picked them up & Monday I'll go elsewhere.. all I got was excuses.. they were more worried about getting out of there on time.. I called about a tire and getting it mounted and was assured that it would be done when I arrived I was told that no one was there to do it so I asked if I could do it myself and was told no and even if someone was there to do it I would be charged for it the guy had a real attitude problem and I was charged over double the price for the tire almost $260 for a mt 90 16 from drag specialties that is $90 online very disappointed in this place
FIRE EVERYONE . SERVICE IS SLOW, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE
I've been servicing my 954 here for years now. The service is great, and they work with you for a quick in/out on whatever you need. They'll continue to have my business as long as I'm on two wheels.
Save your money folks. These chumps not only broke the seat on my harley but lied about it. I was told by an "owner" who is too busy to be bothered a seat was on order. Still getting people in as Youngstown cycle supply isnt going to last forever. Put cameras in your garage and stop hiring trade school dropouts?
Make sure they write down on paper what you want them to look at!
