The staff of the Penn Oaks is cool, except for the owner/manager. She was "extremely assertive" to say the least. When you are dealing with people it should be with delicate hands. The way she addressed me was as if "she were my boss". Although, i'm sure the bride and groom had a great time, the food was lack luster, and the handling of vendors is horrible.
